The hotel was located just next door to Buenos Aires, metro and international national airport bus stop for company Manuel Tienda Leon, and the city center. The venue had an amazing location close to everything with 15min to 20mins walk to all major attractions in BA. We ordered lunch at Midi, located very close to the venue.

The room was air-conditioned, I had really good experience.

Location: the hotel was so close to all the shops nearby and international national airport bus stop and Puerto Madero and Florida Street. I had quick lunch at Sandwich Point, located just next door to the property.

This hotel is a great find for the price! The location is perfect, as it's centrally located and close to all the major sites. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms, although basic, are comfortable and clean. I especially loved the small terrace with a view of the ventilation yard outside.

The value for money at Facon Grande was excellent, with a functional and comfortable room on the 6th floor. The location was convenient, close to major shopping areas and attractions, and the staff were friendly, professional, and helpful throughout my stay.

The basic amenities provided were more than sufficient and the rooms, albeit average in terms of size and bathroom facilities, were clean and comfortable. Additionally, the hotel's central location made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the major sites of this bustling city.

All in all, I couldn't find a single fault with my stay at this hotel.
